WE DIDN’T LEARN THIS IN A CLASSROOM.

Most supply chain software is built by Silicon Valley developers trying to find a problem for their code to solve. They build dashboards and MVPs, they raise venture capital, and they sell hype.

We took a different path.

TransVoyant was forged in national security. Our DNA comes from inventing and implementing the global intelligence response to 9/11 and managing complex, aerospace acquisitions at places like Lockheed Martin, DOD, NSA and DHS. Supply chain failures in these environments don’t just mean a late delivery, they mean mission failure. We learned how to track, predict, interdict, and execute using deterministic math because the margin for error was zero.

When we looked at the commercial supply chain market, we saw a landscape starved for that level of truth. We saw Fortune 500 companies relying on black box probabilistic guesswork, delayed sensor data, and vendors who over-promise, under-deliver, and over-price for questionable real-world value.

So, we built the Nucleus. This isn’t a Silicon Valley coding project. This is engineering for mission-critical physics.

// Section 02 — Financial Reality

The Financial Reality

We measure our worth by outcomes, not by funding rounds. TransVoyant has scaled to a global company across four continents without taking a dime of Venture Capital. We have only three investors and they are aligned on our mission and the math.

  • INV-001 Senior National Security and Supply Chain Individuals
  • INV-002 In-Q-Tel
  • INV-003 Merck Global Health Innovation Fund

Why does that matter to you? Because it means we don’t answer to a board of investors demanding that we prioritize the next flashy feature over core stability. We don’t have a “TAM/SAM/SOM” slide to pump up our valuation. Our investors don’t have an “exit date”. We answer only to our customers, and our only imperative is making customers successful by proving the mathematics of your supply chain.

We don’t rely on outside money. Our engine runs on its own power, and it answers only to our customers.

// Section 03 — The Team

Operators. Engineers. Zero Headshots.

We don’t do glowing executive profiles or corporate headshots. The people who built and run TransVoyant are operators and engineers.

Our DNA is rooted in global intelligence, complex physics, and aerospace engineering that has scaled multiple companies from early-stage to IPO. We are solvers of difficult global problems, built for environments where the margin for error is zero.

The leadership mandate for TransVoyant is absolute focus on mathematical truth, and zero tolerance for BS. The company is built to give supply chain leaders the deterministic tools they need, minus the nonsense and the hype.
