Alexandria, VA – TransVoyant today announced that it has been awarded an IT services contract, as a teaming partner with IBM, to improve information sharing within the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Office of Information Technology (OIT), under the Organizational Application Support and Information Services (OASIS II) program.

As a subcontractor to IBM, TransVoyant Subject Matter Experts will work alongside OIT personnel providing centralized management and leadership of TSA’s information technology needs.

Work under OASIS II will support OIT’s mission of ensuring the security and productivity of TSA and its employees by providing secure information anytime and anywhere. OASIS II incorporates a robust range of application development services and infrastructure that will leverage and enhance existing information systems and applications. The program will increase the ability for TSA decision makers to evaluate and take action on real-time risks to United States citizens.

“TransVoyant is proud to support the mission of TSA through this contract—protecting the Nation’s transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce—by providing streamlined business processes and improving the performance of critical, real-time information dissemination,” stated Jim Clautice, TransVoyant VP of Operations.
