Full Motion Video Analysts (M67854-12-D-7000)

The FMV Analysts, with an Imagery Analysis (IA) background, shall provide all phases of analysis of targets utilizing Motion Video (full and slow) platforms and research appropriate databases for amplifying information as part of the analysis. Standard imagery analysis products will be produced while effectively collaborating with other Intelligence Community (IC) analysts during the collection, research and analysis process. Personnel will serve as hands-on motion imagery analysts, producing geospatial intelligence on military and counterterrorism issues and producing mission-specific summary reports, detailed mission graphics, ad hoc reports and daily briefings.

Program Support Tasks
Support services shall include imagery analysis, including use of FMV analysis, in support of theater operations through exploitation of theater imagery and FMV feeds and multi-intelligence fusion and integration of National and Tactical ISR sources to assist the Service Partner in establishing an ISR FMV PED Cell capability. This capability will utilize Service Partner provided Motion Video data to provide an “over watch” capability. All support will be OCONUS except for training time.

CECOM R2

This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contract was awarded by the U.S. Army Communications-Electronic Command (CECOM) to provide critical equipment and engineering services to Department of Defense and Government systems, platforms and item managers worldwide. Marine Corp Systems Command CEOss Contract

Marine Corps Systems Command has developed the Commercial Enterprise Omnibus support services (CEOss) contract to facilitate performance-based service contracting. Other Army and DOD agencies may also use this contract.
