Leadership News

Alexandria, VA – September 27, 2011 – TransVoyant today announced that Dennis Groseclose has been named President. In this position, Dennis will work with the TransVoyant team to design, build and operate technologies to assist the commercial sector and military, defense and civilian agencies in assessing and managing risk and security through location-based intelligence.

Prior to TransVoyant, Dennis served as Executive Vice President of McLane Advanced Technologies, focusing in large part on advanced logistics and supply-chain management solutions for the commercial and federal sectors.

“Dennis’s established technology career and business acumen in the intelligence, supply chain and transportation sectors will serve the company well,” says Bill Pardue, CEO of TransVoyant. “His experience working with high-level members of the DOD, Intelligence and Homeland Security agencies help to give him a firm understanding of the challenges facing our country and communities, and how our solutions can be tailored to fit those needs.”

A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Groseclose began his career in management as Deputy Director of Launch Programs Systems Contracts at the U.S. Space & Missile Systems Center, leading the center’s acquisition restructure and management of the $37 billion unmanned space launch vehicle program. Groseclose later joined IBM as Program Director for Worldwide Supply Chain Optimization, and then C-Bridge Corporation, a provider of risk-management technology solutions, guiding the company from start-up to a successful IPO.

More recently, Dennis served as Lockheed Martin’s Deputy Vice President of Homeland Security Systems, leading the development and deployment of risk, targeting and intelligence solutions for U.S. Homeland Security following the 9/11 attacks. He then went on to serve as Vice President of Strategy, R&D, Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions for Lockheed’s simulation, logistics and supply-chain business.

“The geospatial, temporal and preference tools that ObjectFX has developed are some of the most powerful and innovative complex event processing and web mapping tools that I have seen in the marketplace,” says Groseclose. “The company has accomplished a great deal and created unique intellectual property in its 17-year history, and I look forward to working together to take it to the next level of product development and service capabilities.”

In addition to his B.S. Degree from the Air Force Academy, Dennis holds an MBA from Louisiana State University and a M.S. from the Air Force Institute of Technology School of Systems and Logistics. He has served on Boards of the National Center for Simulation, the Center for Applied Identity Management Research and the Economic Crime Institute.
