Tim Fleischer
Chairman & CEO
Tim Fleischer is Chairman & CEO of TransVoyant™ and the investment and advisory firm, Voyant Partners™. He is also the founder of PD Systems and Portal Dynamics (now dba TransVoyant™). These companies serve the U.S. military, civilian agencies and commercial enterprises with solutions that range from web-based collaborative engineering to services in logistics, maintenance and training. Tim previously served as president of Washington operations for Engineered Support Systems, a diversified manufacturer of integrated military electronics and equipment supporting the U.S. DOD and foreign militaries. Dennis Groseclose
President
A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Dennis serves as a principal at Voyant Partners™ and president at TransVoyant™. In these roles, Dennis is focused on helping customers and portfolio companies solve global, defense, security, and supply chain challenges. Dennis has extensive experience and expertise designing, building and operating technologies to assist customers assessing and managing global risk while making critical decisions in real-time environments. Dennis began his career in the United States Air Force as the Chief of Construction at Barksdale AFB. More
Jim Clautice
Vice President of Operations
A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Jim serves as the Vice President of Operations for TransVoyant™. Jim has extensive experience and expertise in designing, building and operating technologies to assist the private sector, military and civilian agencies in managing data and assets to enable more cost effective operations. Jim began his career in management as Deputy Director of the Joint Power Projection ACTD at the Space & Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR). Under his leadership, the program was awarded the David Packard Excellence in Acquisition Award. More
Wayne Chesley
Vice President and General Manager
Wayne is vice president and general manager for TransVoyant™, where he guides and directs the development and execution of business strategy, oversees the delivery of products and services, and leads the formulation of solutions for the federal government. Wayne possesses over 30 years of experience in financial management, logistics operations, organizational development and change management. For 26 years he served in the U.S. Navy overseeing business analytics and process reengineering for inventory, personnel and programs. More

Heather is the Director of Marketing for TransVoyant and is responsible for overall marketing plans and goals for the company. Heather implements and manages initiatives including customer relations, brand architecture, website design and management, collateral and email strategies, conference planning, public relations, and sales support and proposal activities. Heather has previously served in marketing management positions at innovative technology-focused companies. More
