Founded by a team of government and commercial-industry veterans with deep technology experience and a track record of success in bringing new products to market, TransVoyant helps clients solve their most difficult challenges in global data intelligence environments through visionary and industry-leading solutions. These solutions are developed internally with a team of skilled consultants and developers with multiple levels of security clearances, as well as with Systems Integration partners and through strategic acquisitions.

In 2011, TransVoyant completed the acquisition of several companies specializing in geospatial intelligence and logistics management. Together, these companies started doing business as “TransVoyant” in the spring of 2012.

TransVoyant combines the proven information technology and logistics knowledge of Portal Dynamics and the unique qualities of ObjectFX geospatial software. Together the products built and services provided by these companies manage vast amounts of physically distributed geospatial and location data to deliver organized, visualized and predictive analytical solutions.

Portal Dynamics has a rich history of providing logistics and risk management solutions and professional services to enhance supply chain and operational efficiencies — serving both defense and enterprise businesses for over 12 years. Customers include the U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps, Defense Information Systems Agency and Host Hotels & Resorts. Its integrated digital environments and application solutions have helped usher in a new age of collaboration, information sharing and business process improvements for customers that now — combined with ObjectFX solutions — will leverage the value of dynamic spatial and temporal data. These solutions turn data into information, allowing clients to respond more quickly to changing conditions in their operating and risk environments.

For over 17 years, ObjectFX has been delivering geospatial solutions that leverage the value of dynamic spatial, temporal and preference data in gathering intelligence, managing risk, and monitoring and improving operations. In 2010, ObjectFX won the prestigious Industry Achievement Award from the U.S. Geospatial-Intelligence Foundation for the development of SpatialRules®, a complex event processing engine for geospatial and temporal data, that is capable of processing and making decisions on over 10,000 data points and object interactions per second. ObjectFX products and services are a foundation or complementary technology for a wide range of applications used across multiple vertical industries and organizations including Boeing, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, SAIC, the U.S. Army, Union Pacific and United Airlines.

These companies will continue to serve as Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses under TransVoyant, which is headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia.
